Officeworks, Carnegie
V Arc was commissioned with CBRE Projects to design, document & deliver a new Officeworks store in Carnegie, Melbourne. An existing building was fully refurbished to Officeworks standards. The project team was well integrated which resulted in project delivery 1 month ahead of program. The success also hinged on the use of 3D BIM modelling software by all consultants, which afforded the team and stakeholders detailed and accurate project information from start to finish.
