Eleven Ex Café, 11 Exhibition St, Melbourne
Located in the lower ground floor of a new modernist office tower, the concept was to create two dining spaces – one fully enclosed, the other semi-enclosed. The operable windows allow fresh air to circulate and capture the morning sun, a perfect point to wake up and start
the day.
The palette of materials includes a contrast of raw concrete and Italian glass mosaics against the warm, natural tones of Ironbark timber.
