Wyndham Hervey Bay Resort
Tuesday the 28th saw the official launch of the luxury Wyndham Hervey Bay Resort. Stage one construction is scheduled to commence in August 2011 and is expected to be completed by April 2013.
Situated in the heart of Fraser Coast, the $120m development built at 635-637 the Esplanade, Urangan, will attract tourists and investors to the stunning Queensland region. Strategically located opposite the iconic Urangan Boat Harbour and a stone's throw from world renowned Fraser Island, the resort comprises of 162 luxury apartments including one and two-bedroom apartments and split-level penthouses, full conference facilities for 300 guests and a lavish lagoon pool. The resort also incorporates a range of unique features including an atrium-style lobby with six-metre-high ceilings and grande-porte-cochere.
Working closely with Wyndham Vacation Resorts, V Arc’s design reinforces the luxury nature of the apartment complex and its surrounds. Resort Interiors has been appointed as fit-out partners and Hutchison Builders will deliver construction.
