Temple Life
Temple Life is a boutique development brought to life through the design aspiration to deliver the amenities of a modern home and provide an insight into the rich history of this Brunswick warehouse address. The design retains and redeveloped the existing two storey buildings on site and seamlessly converts them into 4 contemporary apartments units. An additional 8 townhouses have been carefully designed to complement the existing buildings, uniting the space with Temple Park on your front doorstep.
The townhouses are designed to take full advantage of their site location, maximising natural light and solar access via the North facing façade, channelling it into the generous open plan living spaces. Private roof decks provide views over Temple Park while an elevated timber boardwalk is proposed on the Northern end of the site to provide pedestrian access to the front entry of all dwellings. A significant part of the existing building has been retained to allow for a narrative between the new construction and the history of the site.
The highest quality fixtures and finishes have been selected to provide a bespoke feel to this unique project. Flexibility, space and attention to detail will ensure that Temple Life remains a sanctuary within Melbourne's urban environment.
