Westpac Corporate - SIPS Projects
The SIPS project totaled over 15,000 sq/m of office space covering three buildings and 12 levels throughout the Sydney CBD. The scope of the project ran from full floor refurbishments to retention and reworking of existing fit-outs.
The key drivers for the SIPS projects were extremely tight timelines in order to relocate business units quickly and efficiently. V Arc met all key project milestones, whilst managing changes in scope due to the restraints of existing fit-outs and Westpac OH/S, DDA & briefing requirements.
