Standard & Poor's
Standard & Poor's had outgrown their tenancy and were moving to 2 floors within 120 Collins St. Their brief was for them to be challenged, to adopt a fully open plan environment, which for a financial and analytical company proved difficult with privacy and security requirements. The tenancy also had to reflect Melbourne, and provide a point of difference to their recently completed Sydney office. The space needed to align with the young and vibrant staff and to break the stereotype of finance companies being boring.
