Previously located in several separate locations, Loddon Mallee Housing Services will be co-locating their business operation into a single new commercial tenancy of 1400m2. Loddon Mallee is a passionate project-based/client facing organisation with a strong community presence. They require a much improved workplace environment to support their specific operational needs in providing shelter and support to the homeless.
The design solution consists of open, welcoming, and fully accessible team environments supported by distributed fully equipped support spaces for collaboration and project work. A focus is on providing key amenities at the front of house for clients, whilst also creating flexible centralised team spaces for staff.
