V Arc have recently completed the new 1,100sqm fit out for Hastings Funds Management.

Largely driven by the need to accommodate their growth and future needs, HFM embraced the opportunity to implement an environmentally sustainable, fun and vibrant work place.

The design solution consists of bright, warm, and fully accessible client environments, sustained by a range of intimate quite zones and open fully equipped support spaces for collaboration and team work. The open plan work environments are open and welcoming, with an abundance of natural light. A large multi-use and flexible breakout was introduced into the fit out. With spectacular views, this space not only provides a place to have lunch, it now acts as a ‘social hub’ of the organization – opening up lines of communication and providing the backdrop to host client functions/ parties and informal meetings.

The attention to detail by Shead Management, Zenith Interiors and Formula Interiors has ensured a high level of resolution for this project.
