628 Bourke St – Base Building Upgrade
V Arc was approached to design the staged upgrade of the base building of 628 Bourke Street, to transform the outdated building and reposition it in the market place.
Contemporary yet timeless, is the design approach adopted for the project. Workshop sessions with the client and agents have ensured that the designs for a new building presence and a refreshed, enticing journey throughout the building are aimed at targeting the market demand and tenants that the client desires to attract.
Stage 1 is currently complete, which included the upgrade of 5 Levels of Lift Lobbies, Amenities, New DDA Toilets & Showers and Office Areas.
