Providence Village Masterplan
The Masterplan is a 3-stage approach with a total yield of 57-60 units plus a new community hall and major landscaping upgrades. The project involves replanning and construction of new contempoary accomodation for Providence Village, as well as the logistics to relocate existing tenants during the stages of the project.
