Caboolture Super Clinic
Combing private healthcare spaces with the services of Queensland Health, this 4000sqm super clinic in rural QLD is designed to express the integrated nature of the occupants and propose an alternative to the traditional healthcare patient experience.
A large, interactive waiting area / retail space anchors the various tenants and services provided at the super clinic which include Pathology, Dentistry, Radiology and flexible consulting and meeting rooms. This modern lobby space complete with cafe, pharmacy and state of the art electronic equipment put a refreshing spin on the traditional waiting room providing privacy where needed and openness at the same time. The architectural form favours way-finding and orientation as well facilitating natural daylight and ventilation.
Elsewhere on site, physical and mental wellbeing is promoted through inviting outdoor environments and amenities such as gymnasia equipment and landscaped walks.
