The new 12,000sqm Docklands facility will be an iconic call centre environment for our client.
Occupants will enjoy flexible workplaces and the ability to manipulate the privacy and personality of their team spaces, whilst enjoying abundant natural light and 360 degree Docklands views.
Passive techniques to address acoustic comfort have been implemented, and assist in wayfinding and add to the visual vibrancy of the centre.
Interactive social and communal areas incorporate game zones, lounges, massage beds, pool tables, libraries and garden spaces.
These showpiece spaces are linked by an inter-tenancy stair and void, that assists in creating a ‘one business’ integrated campus.
Large adaptable training and conference spaces assist in maintaining the open knowledge sharing culture created.
