Work has begun on the $6.5M Social Housing project at Chapel St Bendigo. Along with, client Loddon Mallee Housing, the demolition of the existing house was watched by Federal MP Steve Gibbons. With the spectacle also gaining good coverage on the local WIN TV news and newspapers.
The project will provide 23 affordable housing units on the fringe of the CBD in a 3 storey development which is a first for Bendigo. We’ll keep you up to date throughout the progress of construction.
