With over 20 years experience, Richard has worked on a broad spectrum of projects, including corporate, residential, health care and hospitality. Richard’s expertise and knowledge covers all stages from project initiation through to design development, contract documentation and contract administration. Richard joined the team in 2007 and prior to that Richard has worked on numerous large scale residential and retail projects as Project Coordinator at Mirvac for 9 years and spent 6.5 years at Peddle Thorp / Health Science Planning Consultants as a Senior Documenter on Health, Aged Care and various projects.
Notable Projects include:
- Aged Care – The Elms Village Kilmore (Project Coordinator)
- Multi-residential projects at Princes St Port Melbourne and Mary St Preston (Project Coordinator)
- Former Butter Factory Site, Byron Bay – New Warehouse & retail development.
- Refurbishment of 223 William St – Old County Court. (Project Coordinator).
